A Journey Begins

In 2018 a local developer bought The Millcroft and planned to demolish the entire property to build six townhomes and six flats. Milford banded together to stop the developer from being able to tear down the property. Later in 2018 Sycamore Distilling purchased the property with the pledge of preserving the historical house and the stable on the property while building a distillery in the middle of them along with a museum, event space, and rooftop bar. The house would be home to a restaurant and the stables would be the tasting and taproom for Sycamore Distilling. This is the beginning of our journey.
